Owner Cities
The Arts of Collin County sits at the intersection of three thriving communities – Allen, Frisco and Plano. The residents of each of these cities approved bond proposals that gave this project its start. As Owner Cities, each town has pledged to remain an active member and supporter of the complex for generations to come.
